CARE Ratings reaffirmed the long-term bank facilities at CARE BBB+ with an outlook revised from Stable to Positive, alongside reaffirming the short-term bank facilities at CARE A2; the Long-term bank facilities were reduced from 1,019.45 to 987.05, and the Short-term bank facilities were reduced from 115.00 to 75.00. Additionally, CARE Ratings assigned a CARE A+ rating with a stable outlook to bank loan facilities totaling Rs. 200 crore, while also withdrawing ratings for Commercial Paper (Carved out) previously rated CARE A2+, CARE A1, and CARE A2, and noting support for DBOL’s profitability; various fund-based and non-fund-based facilities, including Long Term Bank Facilities, Fund-based - LT-Cash Credit (770.00), Fund-based - LT-Term Loan (117.05), Fund-based - LT-Working Capital Demand loan (100.00), and Non-fund-based - ST-BG/LC (75.00), received positive and stable outlooks, and CareEdge Ratings indicated they will closely monitor net leverage.
